Suburban Voyager Portable Propane Fire Pit

Compact and portable, the Voyager Fire Pit from Suburban is a great way to add warmth and ambience to any outdoor recreation experience. The fire pit is safe and legal to use at times when wood burning campfires are not allowed (always check with local regulations) and also prevents invasive species and other pests from being transported in firewood – as recognized by the US Forest Service as a nuisance.

The Voyager is completely portable, at less than 20 pounds, and has a carry handle to create a suitcase style carrying profile. Sets up and lights in minutes for an easy, reliable fire experience. Fold down and locking legs stay securely in place when in the fire pit upright position. The steel cover lid locks into place to ensure pumice stones stay inside the fire pit when in transport.

An 8’ propane hose allows the propane tank (not included) to be hidden from sight at a safe distance – a minimum of 5’ is required. On high, the Voyager produces 54,000 BTU’s – great for winter parties, ski tailgating or ice fishing, and the control knob has a variable setting to a Low position. Sturdy steel construction. Recommended for use with a 20# propane tank, do not use any other fuel than propane.

Safety Precautions

For outdoor use only, do not use indoors or in enclosed areas. Propane tank must be at least 5’ from the firepit when in use. Only use propane, no alternate fuels. Always use caution when lighting, always use a long handled lighter. Light the lighter and position near gas ring, and only then turn on the gas knob on the Voyager. Keep children and combustible items and clothing away from flame at all times. Allow pumice stones and fire pit to cool prior to transporting, never cover the fire pit with the lid when the fire pit is in use, never turn on the fire pit with the lid in place.
